Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India. Our goal is to get your Zaikaari pouches to your kitchen as quickly and safely as possible.
3.1 Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3.2 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Tier 1, 2 & 3 Cities 6–8 Business Days
Remote / Rural Areas 8–10 Business Days
Timelines are indicative. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather disruptions, or festive season surges.
3.3 Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above ■499.
• A flat shipping fee of ■60 applies to orders below ■499.
• Expedited or express shipping options (where available) will be displayed at checkout.
3.4 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our website using your order ID.
3.5 Failed Delivery Attempts
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make 1 re-attempt.
• If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-delivery charges may apply.
3.6 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If accepted, raise a complaint with photos within 24 hours of receipt at sasfoods.zaikaari@gmail.com. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for resolution.
