Veg Kadhai

A kadhai gravy that doesn't cut corners on spice. Built on onion, tomato, coriander and cumin, this base turns any mix of vegetables, cauliflower, carrots, beans, peas, into a proper restaurant-style kadhai sabzi. Stir-fry your veggies, stir in the base, and dinner sorts itself out.
