Chhole

Punjab's favourite chhole, without the long soak-and-simmer routine. This base carries the coriander, cumin and fenugreek notes that make Amritsari chhole what it is, dark, tangy and full-bodied. Add your boiled chickpeas, bring to a boil, and serve with bhatura like it's meant to be.
